Two years ago before my retirement from the USA I made contact with several Real estate companies in Spain ( country we selected for our retirement) and the only company of the 3 I contacted that took me seriously was SunDream properties. A very nice gentleman, Roger Koene kept in touch with me for more than two years. The COVID situation made it impossible for us to travel during 2020 to Spain and my retirement was coming up on April 2021 and we needed to buy a home. We had no other choice but to do it virtually and Roger provided us with a lot of information until we decided for a property. He never pushed us on a sale it was always what we wanted. Never been to the town he recommended and because the trust built between us we went with his recommendation based on things we wanted. Finally we arrived into Spain on April 12th 2021 and the next day we finally meet Roger in person. He took us under his wings and helped with everything we needed to start a new life in Spain. It’s not only to sale the home but also taking the time to help you out with so many variables you can encounter to resettle in Spain. He introduced us to his boss and the rest of the team and they are all wonderful and professional people.
